Avrasons has launched a residential sales division as part of a wider expansion and operational overhaul at the long-established south London agency.
The family-run business, founded in 1965 and based in Oval, has traditionally focused on lettings, block management and portfolio management across south and central London. The company has now expanded into residential sales and building surveying services while also upgrading its internal systems.
As part of the changes, Avrasons has selected Alto as its new CRM platform, replacing its previous VECO system following a review of operational requirements.
Director Stephanos Stephanides said the business wanted its technology and processes to evolve alongside its expanding service offering.
“We’ve been in this industry a long time and we’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with our landlord clients,” said Stephanides. “But as we expand the business and introduce new services, we wanted to make sure our systems evolve with us and reflect how modern agencies operate.”
Operations manager Richard Jennings said the timing of the switch coincided with the launch of the firm’s new sales operation, office refurbishment works and recommendations identified during a Propertymark audit.
“We recently had a Propertymark audit that highlighted opportunities to streamline some of our processes,” he explained. “At the same time we were launching a new sales office and renovating our workspace, so it felt like the right moment to modernise the software behind the business as well.”
