Fowler and Powell Heritage has opened a second branch in Ilkley as the agency expands its presence in Yorkshire.

The new office, located on Church Street, was officially opened last week by Ilkley Town Mayor, Cllr Jane Gibson.

The branch will be led by Jo Shulver, who has previously held roles with PrimeLocation, FindAProperty, Propertyfinder and a number of estate agencies.

Fowler and Powell Heritage was established in 2019 by Levi Fowler and Julien Powell.

A spokesperson for the company told the press: “We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the launch. We’re so excited to now be officially operating in Ilkley and to help local people with their property journeys, whether they are buying, selling or searching for their perfect home.”
