Savills has formed an association with Los Angeles brokerage The Beverly Hills Estates, linking its international network with a business focused on high-end residential property on the US West Coast.
The Beverly Hills Estates, co-founded by Branden Williams and Rayni Williams, specialises in luxury homes, including architecturally distinctive properties in Los Angeles. The firm says it has recorded more than $19bn in career sales.
The agreement connects Savills’ global operations with The Beverly Hills Estates’ presence in the Los Angeles market, with both firms set to work together on advising clients buying and selling high-value residential property.
Victoria Garrett, head of Savills Global Residential, said, “Our clients are more global than ever before and expect a seamless service across residential markets worldwide. Rayni, Branden and their team’s unsurpassed knowledge of the local market, extraordinary service and innovative marketing strategies, teamed with our global expertise and expansive network, offers a client-centric approach that sets us apart”.
“The luxury buyer is global, and so is the conversation around where people want to live, invest, and spend time,” continues Branden Williams, co-founder of The Beverly Hills Estates. “This partnership is about meeting that reality with intention. Savills brings an extraordinary international platform, and we bring deep West Coast market knowledge, relationship capital, and a marketing engine built for the top end of the market.”
Rayni Williams, co-founder of The Beverly Hills Estates, added: “Our clients don’t think in borders. They think in lifestyle, legacy, and access. Partnering with Savills expands what we can deliver for them: a seamless experience, aligned standards, and trusted advisors on the ground in the world’s most important luxury hubs. We are excited about what this unlocks for our clients and our agents.”
