New head of operations at Nested

Nested has announced that James Hummerstone-Pope, former Purplebricks sales director and eXp agent, is joining the company as Head of Operations. In this pivotal role, James will support Nested’s mission to provide the best platform for agents to successfully run their own businesses.

Nested is a forward-thinking platform designed to empower self-employed agents to grow their businesses while delivering a five-star service to home movers. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic partnerships, Nested is setting a new standard for innovation in the property market.

James brings a wealth of experience to Nested. He spent two successful years as an eXp agent, building his business from the ground up. Prior to that, James worked at Purplebricks for nearly five years, including over two years as a Sales Director.

Galbraith appoints new head of sales in Ayr

Galbraith has appointed Natalie Fotheringham as head of sales in the estate agency department in Ayr.

Fotheringham has 15 years of experience in the sales market, and says she has a passion for “ensuring positive client journeys”.

“There are such interesting properties in Ayrshire, many with a fascinating history or scope for development, and I am delighted to work in a region with such variety,” she added. “I feel positive about the Ayrshire property market moving into 2025, and it looks set to be a busy start to the year with many properties coming to market.”

Matthew Bush joins Proptech firm BreezeMove

Matthew Bush

Former OnTheMarket business development consultant Matthew Bush has joined Proptech firm BreezeMove.

Coming in as business development managerat the company, Bush will be working alongside David Mann, introducing BreezeMove to potential clients in Essex and the surrounding areas.

Bush, who has 12 years experience working in the industry, said: “I’m pleased to join the Breezemove team and am looking forward to reconnecting with all of my agents. To discuss how we can help reduce their current completion times, which in turn will stop chains from collapsing while also helping grow their pipeline.”
