LSL Estate Agency Franchising targets independents with new campaign

LSL Estate Agency Franchising is launching two new business-to-business campaigns for its brands, Your Move and Reed Rains, targeting independent agents who may be looking to switch to a franchising model.

For Your Move, it marks the second phase of the franchise campaign, “Join the Movement”, which ran over the summer, this time centring on the message: ‘Freedom to lead, power to grow’.

Meanwhile, Reeds Rains launches with the ‘Even Better Together’ theme.

Both campaigns are focused on attracting entrepreneurs and independent estate agents across the country to join its growing network of franchise owners, through email and web marketing, direct mail, PR, social media and digital advertising campaigns.

They seek to highlight the potential benefits of becoming a franchisee with an established estate and letting agency brand.

The message from LSL is that those recruited can expect to remain in complete control of their business and to gain the ability to access ongoing support and networking with “like-minded franchisees”.

LSL also highlights that the franchise model also offers opportunities to grow revenue with assisted lettings acquisitions as well as benefiting from economies of scale cost savings.

Paul Clarke, director of proposition at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, said: “Reeds Rains and Your Move are two of the best-known and most respected Estate and Letting agents in the country. This, combined with our unrivalled support in helping our franchisees grow their businesses, their way, presents a compelling proposition for anyone looking to join our growing network.”
LSL Estate Agency Franchising has more than 300 territories around the UK, across brands including Your Move, with 150 territories, as well as Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Davis Tate and Thomas Morris.
