Entries for the Innovation and Improvement Awards now open for EA Masters 2024

Entries for the Innovation and Improvement Awards are now open for EA Masters 2024 have officially opened ahead of the event this November.

This year, the awards have been expanded to recognise businesses’ internal improvements alongside their innovations throughout the year.

The awards will celebrate businesses that can highlight the tangible benefits of improvements, such as increased customer satisfaction, enhanced functionality, cost savings or sustainability, as well as those showcasing ground-breaking innovations.

Entrants will be able to showcase this in their submissions by including success stories and measurable results.

Peter Knight, founder of EA Masters, said: “We have expanded these awards to recognise that progress is not always about creating something new. Sometimes, the most impactful changes come from enhancing what already exists and by expanding the scope of the awards, we are inviting a broader range of entrants to apply.

“Innovation can come in lots of forms and we want to make sure we are giving all businesses the opportunity to showcase how they are levelling up their offering for clients and customers, whether that is through improving their existing services or bringing in new ones entirely.”

The judges will also look at the overall progression of the company and how it has enhanced overall customer experience, how real-life challenges have been addressed successfully and how it has added to the creativity of the industry as a whole. The best submissions will have a chance to be crowned the winner on stage at this year’s EA Masters and be recognised for their commitment and continuous hard work in front of more than 1,000 of the UK’s best agents and suppliers.

In 2023, Preston Baker claimed gold, with Coadjute, Kerfuffle and The Depositary sitting just behind them. 15 companies from across the UK PropTech sector were shortlisted for their innovation.

Entries for this year’s awards are open until Monday, 14th October.
