New flexi-let franchise offering hopes to ‘shake up market’

The Sourced Group has launched a “flexible letting” franchise called Sourced Living.

Sourced, which is based in Warrington, Cheshire, described its flexible letting – or flexi-let – approach as “encompassing different kinds of let, allowing agents to maximise occupancy rates and earnings throughout the year for both the agent and the landlord”.

The company said the offering is designed to “shake up the lettings market” and “maximise returns for landlords, while providing property owners with a localised service through agents who have robust area knowledge”. It added that the prop-tech used “keeps things simple for landlords”.

Sourced Group CEO Stephen Moss said agents signing up will be supplied with training, support and tools such as Payprop, Verismart and Fixflo. The company is also offering its own CRM software.

Sara Stevenson, Sourced Living’s lettings director, said: “We are passionate about our unique offering. By having different levels of service, it provides more choice for landlords.”

Moss added: “We’re already seeing a huge appetite for our unique model, from both lettings agents who are employed and those that are already self-employed in the property world.

“Our mission is to provide the most attractive model for those who want to start their own business in lettings, providing our franchisees with residual income growth, reliable cash-flow whilst training and supporting them to become the industry experts in their area.”
