Goodlord to unveil key updates in keynote announcement

Goodlord says that it will unveil more than ten upgrades to its platform in its first-ever keynote announcement on Monday 6 November.

The keynote will showcase the newest edition of the Goodlord platform, dubbed ‘Willow’. The evolved platform, which is set to go live on 6 November, will include additional integrations with industry suppliers, new dashboards designed to help agents sell to tenants more easily, and innovative features designed to save agents more time and drive further efficiencies.

Goodlord, which raised £27m in funding last year, has been using those funds to invest in its platform and build out new products.

More details about Willow, the enhanced Goodlord platform, will be revealed in a 45-minute webinar hosted by Goodlord CEO William Reeve. He will be joined by other members of the Goodlord team, including Product Lead, Phil Noble, Managing Director of Insurance, Oli Sherlock, and Director of Growth, Costas Frangeskou.

Reeve commented: “We’re committed to investing more into rental technology than any other RentTech business. That means focusing on creating impactful, safe and innovative technology to put into the hands of agents, landlords and tenants. We exist to make their lives easier and to improve the renting experience for everyone. With its new capabilities and design, we believe Willow brings the future one step closer.”

Lauren Burnett, a former letting agent and now accounts lead at Goodlord, added: “Having worked as a letting agent for more than 15 years, it’s clear to see how much more important technology has become to the day-to-day running of the business. Goodlord’s newest upgrade Willow is set to be the most useful yet for agents.”
