TwentyEA updates key tool with market insights

TwentyEA, part of the TwentyCi group, has unveiled a series of changes to their Insight tool giving agents quick access to key data points.

The new Insight 2.0 gives agents access to more market intelligence updated in real-time. Users can now access up to five years of market data.

The new Agent Health Dashboard is designed to assess brand strengths and agent performance against competitors within a specific patch. The aim is to allow users to identify where they are succeeding, and where there is room for improvements.

Insight 2.0 offers a range of detailed reports enabling agents to instantly access performance statistics on every other agent in their area, their own brand’s market share by trigger stage, or stock on market, in comparison to the agents within their patch, and understand who is potentially under or overvaluing in their patch and how their own pricing strategy compares.

The new features are fully integrated within the existing Insight platform and an addition to the data product which was created to give a real-time view of an agent’s competitors’ market activity.

Katy Billany, executive director of TwentyEA, said: “TwentyEA’s Insight tool is the original, most comprehensive, and accurate source of market intelligence available. We’ve listened to agent feedback and have taken our offering to the next level with cutting-edge innovations to provide even more detailed reports.

“These have all been developed with the central goal of helping agents win more instructions and grow their market share through the power of data which is neatly displayed in one place and in an accessible visual format.

“We’re excited to deliver these additional features to our existing agent partners and we look forward to working closely with new customers across the entire market who will benefit from further understanding where improvements can be made and how they can better communicate their areas of success to landlords and vendors.”
