OTM issues shares for agents signing new long-term listing agreements

OnTheMarket has issued new shares for agents who have signed new long-term listing agreements with the property portal.

Further to the ‘issue of equity’ announcement last week, OnTheMarket issued another stock market update on Monday informing investors that an application was  made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of securities in respect of 170,041 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each, which became effective yesterday.

OTM says that the new ordinary shares have been issued to certain agents following them having earlier signed new long-term listing agreements in accordance with the strategy set out in the admission document published on 26 January 2018.

The statement said: “Following admission, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the company will be 75,123,326. The company does not hold any shares in treasury.

“The above figure may be used by shareholders in the company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the company under the FCA’s disclosure and transparency rules.”

Shares without Dividends is like Man Utd without Sir Alex Ferguson.

I’m giving you a solid thumbs up,

Going against the grain, much like Man Utd 1 – 6 Tottenham Hotspur

      Haha, brilliant.

Get me (2 – 0 on a OTM post!) perhaps even the most “OnTheMarkety” of OnTheMarket fans cannot disagree having shares without dividends is a tad pointless.

Or, they are all remember what they paid for their shares on the Mr-Legged-It Roadshow…
