International estate agency set to open first UK office

Jide Taiwo & Co, an estate agency specialising in corporate clients from Nigeria, is to open of its first international office in the UK.

The office will focus on the company’s aim to build global real estate wealth for its clients by offering them more opportunities for property investment.

The new office in London will officially open in April and will be managed by Olawunmi Olashore, head of international markets.

Olashore said: “I know the UK well having studied there [University of Kent and Cardiff University] so I look forward to combining my local and professional knowledge to provide our clients with a truly international quality service. My focus will be to connect with new and existing real estate clients, those looking into buying, leasing, selling, investing, valuing or having their properties managed.”

Jide Taiwo & Co, which has been in operation since 1980, is one of the biggest property firms in Nigeria with 41 outlets in Nigeria and a team of 400 including over 60 chartered surveyors.  The company offers all key services including agency, valuation, property management, facility management, project management, property development and public sector work.
