The easyProperty network of estate agents will be provided with Apex27’s advanced CRM platform after a new deal betwen the two companies was agreed.
Apex27, a cloud-based platform, offers features including diary, lead tracking, reporting, brochure creation, social media and 40-plus integrations all from a single dashboard.
Apex27 now has 872 users. easyProperty is their largest single customer to date, with a deal agreed for an initial three years.
Jason Bull, COO of easyProperty, said: “Despite the huge advances in consumer experiences in other sectors and the very habits of customers nothing much has changed in estate agency for many years. Our philosophy at easyProperty is to make every move easy.
“Simplifying and speeding up the process is our prime aim. Booking appointments, creating and sharing feedback, making and receiving offers and then gaining access to information and updates on the journey from sale agreed to exchange are all areas we can and will improve.
“Most estate agency CRM’s are basically a rehash of what’s been around for years before with some superficial tweaks. Apex 27 has come at it from a different angle and has not been influenced in its design and functionality by ‘that’s the way it’s always been’ thinking. It has instead looked at what will make the user journey easier, smoother and more intuitive for all involved.

I’m starting to get really fed up with these companies promising to shake up the industry, do things differently and think outside the box.

With 47 listings and just one marked as sstc I’d say they are definitely doing things differently to most agents!

As a former developer who entered the property world its amazing to me how many of these companies there are. All an agent has to do to built a CRM that is really disruptive is to just hire developers to make them a bespoke solution.
