flatfair has increased the number of agencies offering their ‘no deposit’ solution, which the company says tops a successful year for its service.
The latest agencies to sign up to the deposit alternative provider are Jones Robinson, Haslams, Andrew Craig, Castledene, Breckon and Breckon, Barbers, Michael Poole and Redbrik.
Matthew Bates, sales and lettings director, at Jones Robinson, said “With different offerings available in the deposit replacement marketplace, we were impressed by flatfair’s product and concept, and have signed up to be able to offer our landlords and tenants an additional service as part of our commitment to embrace new and innovative solutions to constantly improve what we do.”
flatfair’s offering includes the return of up to 10 week’s protection for landlords and a one-off sign-up charge for tenants.
“Our mission continues to make upfront costs for tenants as affordable as possible and provide all tenants with a choice at the point of letting a new property. We look forward to welcoming many more partners in the coming months,” said flatfair CRO, Gary Wright.
I hear that Purplebricks are also offering a deposit alternative. They don’t do the job vaguely correctly and you get your deposit plus 3 times the value. Works for everyone.
