Cluttons has reopened their London head office in the West End after a period of refurbishment and reconfiguration.
The extensive work to the building aimed to make the offices more flexible, sustainable and facilitate changed ways of working post pandemic.
Cluttons HQ, located in Portman House, London, is home to a multi-disciplined team of specialists dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial property.
Despite the revamped office space, Cluttons will allow staff to continue working from home if they wish to. The aghency says that it has their London space to accommodate a mix of working styles.
James Gray, managing partner at Cluttons, commented: “It is vital our offices reflect the ways in which our employees now work, and that different needs are catered for. As strategic property experts who advise our clients on these very matters, it is important that we are practicing what we preach and looking internally too.
Fundamentally, people’s routines and practices have changed, and what they want and need from an office space differs. We want all of our buildings to be inclusive spaces and adaptable, bringing the values of the company to life and providing choice that facilitates how people want to work.”
