Joseph Homes appoints of Ross Stewart as head of land

Ross Stewart

Joseph Homes has appointed Ross Stewart as head of land, in a pivotal move that represents the developer’s ambition for rapid growth.

This appointment follows the recent news that the developer’s landmark regeneration scheme Albion Waterside was unanimously approved by Gravesham council for the creation of 1,500 new homes, bars, restaurants and cafes. This transformative development will help towards the borough’s target of becoming carbon neutral by 2030 with over 65% of the site designed as open space.

Stewart’s appointment will take immediate effect, leading with initiative to acquire more land to meet the company’s five-year business plan.

He commented: “It’s refreshing to be part of an energetic team where there’s an honest determination to promote a sustainable approach to residential development. Our clear sense of responsibility for our colleagues, our customers and our community is inspiring. It will encourage me to approach opportunities differently and enable me to communicate the company’s progressive ethos and importantly its competitive edge to the wider industry.”
