The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) say that there has been a positive boost to consumer and member engagement in the last few months.
This has included the launch of TV advertisements and a redesigned, bi-monthly membership magazine called Property Professional.
The TV adverts are a first for both organisations. Polling of consumers who had watched the advertisements registered a good response, with approximately eight out of ten (81%) people reacting positively.
The positive feedback continued with Property Professional, which received an overall satisfaction of 94% among its readers.
Mark Hayward, managing director of the NAEA, said: “We are all extremely pleased with the positive feedback from the public and members of the associations. We strongly believe in the work we are doing and will continue to highlight our work and that of our members throughout 2014.”
