Knight Frank appoints head of super prime lettings in the home counties
Knight Frank has appointed Jamie-Leigh Harvey as head of super prime lettings in the Home Counties.
Expanding the firm’s current offering, Harvey will cover the super prime lettings market across the area, being a dedicated single point of contact for customers whilst working in close collaboration with the super prime and private office teams in London.
Harvey will be building upon her experience in the Elmbridge market, where she has been running the firm’s lettings team covering the Esher, Cobham & Weybridge area for the past four years. She will commence her new role on 1 April.
Harvey commented: “It has been a pleasure to run the Esher office for the last four years, and I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience within the local super prime market to this new role whilst joining our formidable super prime lettings team.
“I’m particularly looking forward to building further upon our successful collaborations with our specialist rental service lines, including the sports, film, and relocation teams.”

LSL announces non-executive appointment
LSL has announced the appointment of Sonya Ghobrial to its board as a non-executive director, with effect from 4 March 2022. She will also join LSL’s audit & risk, nominations and remuneration Committees.
Ghobrial brings to LSL significant experience in banking, finance, strategy, investor relations, governance and ESG which she has gained from her roles in the consumer sector. This includes her current appointment as head of investor relations at GSK Consumer Healthcare which is expected to demerge from GSK in July 2022 and separately list as Haleon on the London Stock Exchange with ADRs listed in the US.
Ghobrial was previously head of investor relations at Heineken and prior to her current role had provided investor relations and consultancy services as Clear Giraffe IR.
Ghobrial’s previous experience also includes senior roles with investment banks, including Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and she qualified as an accountant with KPMG.

TML appoints Ian Hughes as head of product
The Mortgage Lender (TML) has announced the appointment of Ian Hughes as head of product.
Hughes, who joins after 12 years at Kensington Mortgages, where he left the business as head of product development. Prior to his role at Kensington Mortgages, Hughes was product manager at HFC bank for almost seven years.
In his new role, Hughes will be responsible for managing product development across the business, developing new and innovative customer propositions to help drive TML in its next phase of growth.
Hughes said: “I believe in the goals and ambitions of the business, and TML has already had a big impact in the specialist lending market, having brought truly new and innovative products to market. TML is growing and I’m looking forward to helping drive the next phase of its journey.”
