ZPG has announced the launch of Houseful – the new company name and brand for the ZPG property division.
The firm says the new name and brand better reflects the evolution of the business from a property website, to a major software, data and insights business in residential property.
Houseful brings together some well-known brands, including Zoopla, Alto and Hometrack.
According to ZPG, around half of all UK housing transactions already use Houseful software, alongside 18 of the top 20 lenders in order to power mortgage lending decisions.
Charlie Bryant, CEO of Houseful comments: “We believe a more connected property market makes for better home choices, experiences, and businesses. The whole business is excited and energised by the opportunities unlocked by our new company name and brand which better showcases the breadth of the solutions we are delivering into the market.
“While this is exciting news, it’s very much business as usual as our teams continue to serve our customers with the solutions they are using to run their business today.”
There’s not much in business that’s of worse taste than a company who spends a fortune on a rebrand after making a load of redundancies.
