Optimus, the conveyancing panel management specialist for mortgage brokers, lenders, estate agents and introducers, has announced a partnership with Yourkeys, which is part of Zoopla.

The new collaboration will integrate the Optimus conveyancing panel management services into its real-time transaction and data platform for housebuilders and estate agents.

The Yourkeys platform, which gives all stakeholders visibility of the transaction in real-time, aims to accelerate the new homes time to exchange and reduce cancellations. It automates the reservation process allowing developers to onboard buyers, including both ID verifications and AML checks before creating all the relevant documents required for a reservation.
