Zoopla has announced that Carter Jonas has returned to the portal.
However, only ten of the 33 Carter Jonas branches will be advertising their properties on Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
The branches are in the London boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Richmond, Wandsworth, and Westminster; plus two in Cambridge.
Charlie Bryant, managing director of Zoopla, said: “We are very proud to welcome back Carter Jonas.
“The proof is in the pudding: hundreds of agents have recently returned to Zoopla and are championing our results as they can see that we deliver quality leads that offer real returns for their business.”
Lisa Simon, head of residential at Carter Jonas, said: “Zoopla and PrimeLocation offer a well-established route to a very valuable home-seeking audience and we feel it is the right time for us to reintroduce it to our clients.”
Carter Jonas also lists at OnTheMarket and Rightmove, and we have asked about the remaining Carter Jonas branches and whether they will be listing on Zoopla.
Can’t help thinking being on 3 portals just suggests they’re struggling to attract buyers (aren’t we all around London). The buyers are all the same people, you’re just spending more money covering the same ground.
