Zoopla has launched a new six-week ‘product pairs’ promotion with the aim of boosting business and encouraging more agents to use their services.
Zoopla has three product pairs as part of the offer, with some products also benefitting from a price discount if purchased together, as the property portal seeks to boost business.
For branches with a focus on increasing applicant leads, Zoopla claims that agents get 12% more leads on average with premium listings and by pairing this with ‘weekly featured property’.
Agents with the aim of boosting their brand can use ‘in-search ads’ to feature on Zoopla’s most-visited pages.
Zoopla valuation tool, which is now offered for free to agents as part of their Zoopla subscription, is another service that the portal is keen to plug. It hopes that the instant valuation service will encourage more agents to sign up to the portal.
Nikki Cole, director of national sales at Zoopla, commented: “Agents are often asking us which Zoopla products they should use to drive their key business goals and we know that in the current economic climate, every pound of spend counts. We’re excited to have created these bespoke bundles of complementary products that together will drive strong results that positively impact agent’s bottom line.”
