Zoopla has launched a new leads delivery service for agents listing properties on the portal.
The new service, which is being offered at no extra cost to agents, consists of two different functionalities – a Push Delivery Service and a Leads API.
The new functionalities enable Zoopla to send leads to customers which can then be automated and embedded by the agent into their own technology.
The leads service includes lead delivery, which gives agents the ability to make immediate contact with a vendor.
Zoopla’s Push Delivery Service and Lead API can both be easily integrated by agents thanks to its well-supported modern API documentation, according to Andy Marshall, Zoopla’s chief commercial officer.
He said: “We’re constantly striving to improve the service we offer to our customers, and our new Push Delivery Service and Lead API enables our partners to receive leads in the fastest possible time, removing the need for manual data entry.
“This unlocks a range of opportunities for our customers, including the ability to immediately act on those all-important vendor and applicant leads.”
And do you think Zoopla have added this new capability to their own flagship CRM product, Alto… oh no, of course they haven’t!
Oh dear Zoopla… so this great newsworthy tech that you’ve spent lots of time and money developing benefits all your CRM competitors such as Reapit, Street etc. and puts your own CRM’s at the back of the queue again. Genius… Slow clap…
Why oh why did Zoopla purchase these CRM products and do nothing with them?
