Zoopla launches masterclass video series to help agents convert more leads

Zoopla has launched a new video training series for estate agents, focused on converting valuation leads into instructions.

The free six-part Masterclass series is available to Zoopla customers through ZooplaPro, with the first episode also accessible to all agents via Zoopla for Business.

According to Zoopla, the series is aimed at helping agents improve lead conversion rates and secure more instructions.

Hosted by estate agency consultant Ian Preston, the first programme, Win More Leads: Become a Conversion Master, covers topics including why agents lose listings, how to adapt valuation presentations to different vendors, post-valuation follow-up strategies, and scripts for booking and conducting valuation appointments.

A second series, Flexible Fees to the Revenue Rescue, is scheduled to launch on 9 June and will examine alternative fee structures, including how to present them to sellers and manage objections.

Zoopla customers can access the full content through ZooplaPro, while non-customers can view the opening episode and a related podcast via Zoopla for Business.
