Zoopla launches autumn campaign featuring real-life agents

Zoopla has launched a new marketing campaign which features real-life agents.

Featuring in the campaign are Kate Gostelow, sales director at North Wall Property, Merseyside, and Gary Thompson, director at Charles Rose, Warwickshire.

They were chosen from hundreds of nominations from local buyers and sellers, with both Gostelow and Thompson selected as two agents who go the extra mile for their clients.

The campaign will run in the North West and West Midlands, where the two estate agents will see their name and branch feature on local billboards in areas such as Sefton and Warwick as they take the leading roles in Zoopla’s advertising.

The campaign will also be amplified across other marketing channels including local press titles including The Liverpool Echo, Coventry Telegraph and Metro West Midlands, as well as social media channels.

The campaign is the latest in a series of Zoopla advertising investments that prompt consumers to find agents through Zoopla, following on from local radio ads, taxi wraps and Zoopla’s recently announced partnership with the English Cricket Board.

Zoopla will also be looking to expand the campaign to other regions across the UK in 2025 and beyond.

Alex Rose, director of sales at Zoopla, said: “We’re pleased to be the first UK property portal to feature estate agents in our advertising. Our ambition is that this campaign not only shines a spotlight on Kate and Gary, but also highlights the invaluable role of agents when it comes to making those all-important home decisions.”

Gostelow added: “I am so pleased to have been chosen to feature in Zoopla’s latest campaign, especially since this is all down to our community and clients sending through their heartwarming nominations. We put our heart and soul into everything we do, so to be recognised and appreciated for the hard work is really amazing.”
