Zoopla has announced a string of new homes developers that have joined it.
The portal said that the multiple wins follow its revised new homes strategy which it says resulted in a 43% uplift in conversion rates for house builders in beta testing.
Developers who are now Zoopla customers include Weston Homes, Duchy Homes, Edenstone Homes, MacTaggart & Mickel, Robertson Homes, and William Davis Homes.
Collectively, says Zoopla, new homes developers will add 2,500 new homes listings to Zoopla each year across 60 different locations.
Alex Rose, director of Zoopla new homes business, said: “House builders are a business priority for Zoopla.
“Our strategy has resulted in the acquisition of a slew of revered new homes developers.”
Challenger portal OnTheMarket recently announced signing up Barratt, Britain’s largest house builder whose brands include David Wilson Homes.
