Zoopla has announced that Alto, its cloud-based software for agents, has integrated with Vouch, which is part of the Goodlord group.
The partnership will give agents access to a complete referencing service, as well as the ability to earn commissions without needing to switch between platforms.
The launch of Alto’s latest integration follows several recent improvements to Alto including a new letter editing feature, AML integration with SmartSearch and enhanced onboarding.
As a result of of the partnership with Vouch, Alto customers can now complete reference checks quickly and effectively within the platform, using Vouch’s referencing system.
There is also no need to re-key duplicate information, reducing the manual effort required from agents, while Vouch automatically carries out any tenant chasing to ensure landlords can get tenants into their property as quickly as possible.
Alto customers who use this integration will also have access to Vouch’s Rent Protection Insurance. The insurance policy covers against non-payment of rent as well as supplying legal advice and covering the costs involved in the eviction process.
Simon Woodward, director of product at Zoopla, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Vouch and the wider Goodlord group to the Alto ecosystem to further improve the experience we provide our customers. Like us, The Goodlord Group is on a mission to simplify the day-to-day of agents and we look forward to partnering closely with them to drive these efficiencies.”
Jaime Tillyer, director and co-founder at Vouch, commented: “Having been a letting agent myself for 20 years, I know the impact an integration like this can have on the time and money spent on navigating & managing so many different platforms. We want to make our referencing product available to as many agents as possible to help them save time, and reduce costs whilst diversifying revenue streams into their business.”
