London-based lettings and fintech platform, Yorlet, has launched a new partnership with Canopy, TDS and Alan Boswell.
The company, which secured £350,000 in seed funding, led by Goldsmith Ventures, earlier this year, was founded by Max Cartwright and Will Stenhouse, with a view to becoming a recognised provider of software and payments solutions to the rental market.
Yorlet provides a fully integrated suite of products to create tenancies, digitise rent collection, remit funds, and onboard landlords.
The platform is designed for agents of all sizes, and includes automated workflows, intuitive user interfaces and a vast array of payment options.
Yorlet Referencing, launching with Canopy, gives agents a simplified referencing platform, with agents able to provide a comprehensive reference for £5, while a “plug-and-play” workflow is also available.
Yorlet has also released its deep integration with the TDS insured scheme, allowing agents to directly connect accounts, whilst automatically registering deposits.
Meanwhile, the link-up with the Alan Boswell Group provides clients with rent guarantee protection.
