Yopa extends agreement with Optimus

Yopa has awarded a three-year contract extension to Optimus, part of Landmark Information Group, which will see the firm continue to operate as its conveyancing panel management partner.

The agreement with the Optimus service allows customers of the online estate agency to obtain property conveyancing quotes with a view to instructing a conveyancing firm to finalise the transaction, either within the Yopa platform or via the Yopa agents in the new conveyancing portal.

Freddie Cornes, managing director of YOPA, said: “Following the successful completion of the previous contract, we are delighted to have renewed our conveyancing contract with Optimus for a further three years.

“We are happy with the service levels we and our customers receive from Optimus, particularly during these exceptionally challenging times amid the pandemic. Our customers like the fact that everything is managed in one place and that our teams can collectively support them through the process.”

Alan Young, managing director at Optimus, added: “To secure a further contract extension with Yopa is excellent news. We work via a partnership approach and are committed to making sure that Yopa and its customers receive a high quality, dependable conveyancing service from start to finish.

“Over the last 12-months, we have not only maintained full service delivery for Yopa but have expanded our service team to continue to meet its growing needs. We look forward to continuing to work in partnership with Yopa as it goes from strength to strength over the coming years.”
