With just days to go RICS squeezes under the deadline for compulsory CMP

With just days to go, the RICS has had its Client Money Protection scheme approved by the Government.

The deadline is next week, April 1.

The RICS says that as a result of gaining approval, there will be ‘several changes” to the existing scheme.
