Winkworth launches corporate services arm

Winkworth has launched a new corporate services department operating out of the company’s head office in Mayfair.

It is the first time in the company’s history that there is a centralised service for relocation agents and corporate customers looking for properties across Winkworth’s 90-office network.

The department is headed by Matthew Paramor, pictured, whose CV includes stints at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, London Relocation and Foxtons.

He spent four years working as a relocation agent, and said: “I’m very excited to be joining the Winkworth team and to be starting this new department.

“It seems to be a natural progression for a company with such a fantastic network and wide coverage across the country, including more offices in London than any other agency, as we should be able to find the perfect property for our clients and help to eliminate any gaps they currently have in their search areas.

“Since starting, we have already successfully housed eight clients and helped with multiple searches, which is a great start, and we expect demand for this service to grow rapidly.”

The department officially launched this week at an exclusive event in Tower Bridge, with over 60 relocation and corporate clients in attendance, chauffeured to the venue by Winkworth branded taxis.

Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth, said: Winkworth is constantly looking to evolve as a business in order to provide the best service to our clients.

“While we have always had a relationship with corporate clients and relocation agents, this new department will allow us to offer a centralised, streamlined search facility across our network that should make it easier to work with our company.

“The launch event showed us that there is a keen interest in the department already and we are sure that come the end of 2015, this new service will be going from strength to strength.”
