A Winkworth business has launched in the New Forest, with the franchising company confidently describing it as its “first new office for the year”.

The office is in Sway and is owned and operated by Chris Collinge, who has over 20 years’ experience in estate agency.

Winkworth, which was founded 180 years ago, has seven other offices in nearby locations.
