Who needs an agent? Self-service platform allows landlords to list on portals for £29

Hello Neighbour has launch a new “Get Listed” service which enables landlords to list on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket and then manage viewings and offers to find the right tenant, for just £29.

The property-tech lettings company is also launching a “Get Rented” service for £89, which includes credit checks and best-in-class referencing (including open banking and AI-supported fraud detection) and ensures full property compliance. It also provides tenancy contracts, arranges move-in’s and collects the first month’s rent as well as registering security deposits.

This marks a major step in Hello Neighbour’s determined ambition to make letting a property significantly cheaper.
