Good to see our old friend Sporting Ken in the media again .His various outside interests including a string of racehorses which  was a major distraction  during the growth phase  at  Purplelbricks .
This is what he said in 2018

“Before, I was 20 hours per day working. Now, I have 16 hours per day working and three hours per day on Larne. It’s good to have another interest outside of family and work. Life is great – it really is.”

Maybe shareholders had  other ideas as he spread himself thinly.
Sold out of Bricks 12 months ago. Just over 2 years the share price was 475p now languishing at 50 p .
Meanwhile back at the ranch, behind the scenes at Bricks it’s all been kicking off .There have been some  recent changes amongst the major shareholders where possibly the company could be in play .
LINK have now jettisoned the substantial remaining 10% Woodford stake in the company which has been a major overhang .
One recent new  entrant on the register is JNE partners with a 7% stake .They represent the personal interests of the billiionaire ,deep pocketed Michael  Dell The “Delboy “of personal computers

Ranked the 27th  richest guy in the world perhaps he has his eyes on Manchester United too

    Only 24 rooms, sounds like a B&B.

Even Travel Lodge average 40 to 50.

You make a booking with payment upfront in full and then when you get there the reception staff tosses a coin, heads you have a room, tails you don’t and STRICTLY NO REFUNDS regardless of the outcome.
