What impact will the Renters’ Rights Bill have on student accommodation?

Letting charity Sulets has announced that it will be running a free webinar aimed at examining the proposed Renters’ Rights Bill and the impact on student accommodation.

Student Accommodation – Renters’ Rights Bill will take place on Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 2pm

The event will be hosted by David Smith, partner and head of property litigation at JMW Solicitors, as well as Irving Hill, CEO of Sulets, a specialist educational charity based in Leicester which lets and manages accommodation for over 2300 students in the city.

This webinar is specifically aimed at those operating in the student accommodation sector and will be discussing the impact on these businesses including student PRS landlords, PBSA operators, lettings agents, Universities and Student Unions.
