An event for those thinking about moving to or buying a second or holiday home in the south-west is taking place tomorrow at Distinctly Westcountry W1.
This is an office near Marble Arch launched by the Property Sharing Experts consortium of agents earlier this year, designed to showcase their prestige properties to the London market.
The group, formerly West Country Team, has a network of nearly 80 independent estate agents throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.
The Distinctly Westcountry brand was launched last July, complete with a glossy magazine, its own web portal and a physical presence in London with the Distinctly Westcountry W1 office.
The property event will be manned by agents from across the south-west.
Steve Moir, pictured, chairman of Property Sharing Experts, said: “Many of our buyers come from London and the surrounding areas so it makes sense to make experts available for potential buyers to talk to on a face to face basis.
“We hope that the exhibition will prove popular in order to make it a regular event.”
