Winkworth has expanded its presence in prime South West London with the opening of a new Wimbledon branch.

Mana also brings many years of franchise experience with luxury brand Bang & Olufsen in prime central London.

This is Winkworth’s 15th office in South West London, with more than 60 offices in the capital and a nationwide network of more than 100 offices.

Winkworth Wimbledon is located on Wimbledon Hill Road, close to Wimbledon village and encompasses the network of streets around the town centre and Raynes Park.

Mana Legha said: “Wimbledon has an enormous cachet as a place to live and has a global reputation, thanks to Wimbledon fortnight, when tennis fans across the world are focused on SW19.

“Demand for the area is very strong as people look to move to larger homes, close to green spaces such as Wimbledon Common, in an area with outstanding independent and state schools and excellent transport links to the West End, City, Gatwick and the coast.”

Gabriela added: “The location appeals to London buyers and international clients looking for a London base, as well as young professionals and families looking for an attractive place to live.

“Wimbledon is one of London’s smartest villages, with wonderful shops, riding stables, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and a real village feel. We are delighted to have joined Winkworth and to be part of such a powerful upmarket brand – a perfect fit for our Wimbledon office.”

Dominic Agace, chief executive, Winkworth, commented: “We are delighted to have Gabriela and Mana on board and look forward to seeing their success in this prime South West London location.

“This latest opening is part of our expansion strategy in London and will provide a continued Winkworth presence to our customers moving out of central London and from other parts of the capital.”
