Well-known estate agency opens new office in the heart of Leeds city centre

Northern property specialist Bradley Hall has officially opened its new office in the heart of Leeds city centre.

The estate agency has expanded its presence in Leeds after relocating to a new 1,600 sq ft Yorkshire head office at 6 Park Place. The move will see the Yorkshire arm of the business double its headcount over the next 12 months as it looks to meet an ever-growing client demand across the region.

To celebrate the relocation and the expansion, the Yorkshire team hosted an invite only launch party to mark the success of the firm. The event was held at Manahatta in the heart of Leeds and had a strong turnout.

“I personally feel our success speaks for itself, and we are very proud of all we have achieved in such a short period of time. We have a fantastic team that has worked to the best of their ability through challenges such as launching during the pandemic, yet our presence in the commercial property market has exploded across the region.

“As we look to expand our business and clients across Leeds and the wider region, we also wanted to congratulate our team on their hard work and celebrate how far we have come in such a short period of time. An evening to celebrate in the heart of the city with staff and clients seemed the most appropriate commemoration.”

Bradley Hall now has nine offices across the North East and Yorkshire and offers a range of property services.

Vijay Singh, associate director, commented: “I joined David at Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire office when he first began to establish the business’ presence in Leeds. Since then, the branch has snowballed and developed astronomically under David’s leadership and it has been great to experience this journey, as well as exciting to continue building on the success we have created across Yorkshire and the wider region.

“Celebrating with a launch party was a nice way to celebrate how far we have come, as well as to build excitement about where the firm is going.”
