Pattinson Estate Agency in the North East of England has completed the acquisition of Ryedales Estate Agents, a well-established and respected estate agency in Cramlington.

Owners of Ryedales, Geoff and Lynne Stockdale, are poignant in their announcement, but most of all, they are reassuring in their address to their much-appreciated customers from over the last decades,

The pair issued a statement: “It is with regret that after over 35 years we announce our reluctant retirement due to ongoing health issues. We would like to reassure our customers, (whether sellers or landlords) that they will continue to receive the same high level of service without any inconvenience and disruption. We have made the decision to transfer the estate agency business to Pattinson Estate Agency, including all listed properties, ongoing sales and lettings, with effect from December 1^st 2023.

“To assist with the smooth transfer, there will be a transitional period between 20^th and 30^th November 2023, where Ryedales and Pattinson Estate Agency will be operating in tandem. And finally, we would like to thank all our loyal customers past and present, for their support and faith over the decades.’

Ryedales has been a trusted name in the Cramlington area for many years, and Pattinson Estate Agency says it understands the importance of maintaining the high standards and strong relationships they have built with their clients.
