Toby Wheatley, auctioneer at Pearsons in Hedge End, near Southampton, has died at the age of 56.
Wheatley had 40 years’ experience as an estate agent in Hampshire, and set up the auctioneering department at Pearsons.
He leaves a wife and three children. His funeral was at the church where he was married, and where his father was vicar.
His firm, led by Roger Parsons, paid warm tribute to him.
Very sad to hear, Toby was a lovely man with a twinkle in his eye.
