Aldersley London plans to launch a high-end estate agency service in central London as part of the firm’s expansion plans.

The company, based in the heart of Mayfair on Park Lane, currently provides a range of bespoke services to local and overseas buyers looking to acquire property within prime central London, in desirable locations including Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge.

As part of its new bespoke, estate agency service, existing and new clients will be offered access to the business’ global property network, as well as its on-market and private off-market property portals.

Once vetted, prospective buyers will be granted access to a private portal to discreetly view the exclusive properties valued from at least £5m and benefit from a private chauffer to view properties across prime central London, whilst sellers enjoy the security and discretion of privately marketing their property via Aldersley London’s exclusive network.

The new sales arm of the business will further complement Aldersley London’s existing search agency, acquisition, and development services, which in the last 12 months alone has seen it facilitate over £100m worth of prime London residential property on behalf of its clients.

Aldersley London says it is launching its new estate agency service with circa £60m worth of property already committed by existing clients.
