Winkworth is seeking a new owner to take over one of its franchised offices in the prime central London area.
The current franchisee, which the company failed to provide full details of, is looking to retire from the Winkworth business, which has been operating more than 20 years.
The Winkworth franchise currently offers a full range of services, including residential sales, lettings and property management and has an office in a prime location.
Chris Brand, Winkworth’s new franchising manager, said: “Winkworth has an impressive presence in prime central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with an excellent track record. The franchise for sale is a successful business operating in one of the capital’s favoured hotspots for high net worth clients, both UK-based and international.”
Christian Lock-Necrews, who took over the Winkworth Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia franchise, last year, said: “The past year has been extraordinary. I moved from a major corporate to acquire the Winkworth franchise, enabling me for the first time to become a business owner and be responsible for the future success of my franchise. I have had excellent support from the Winkworth head office team on marketing and IT, backed by its strong digital presence and reach of the Winkworth brand.
“I have never worked harder but the ability to be able to shape the business and think about future expansion has been hugely rewarding. Winkworth is offering a great opportunity with the franchise currently for sale and I look forward to welcoming the new franchisee to the prime central London group of offices in due course.”
