Reeds Rains franchise partner Rogers Stewart has acquired Neil Kaye Estate Agents, based on Newland Avenue in Hull.
The deal adds a new branch to the group’s network, which already includes seven Reeds Rains offices and one Your Move branch across Yorkshire and Teesside. The Hull operation will trade as Reeds Rains Hull Newland and includes the transfer of a managed lettings portfolio.
Founder Neil Kaye has sold the business ahead of retirement after more than 20 years operating in the local market.

To ensure a smooth transition, Kaye will remain on board for a period of time to support the Rogers Stewart team in the transition.
Reeds Rains Newland Hull will be located on Newland Avenue within Hull with office rebranding and the business migrating progressing, with the expected conclusion to be within the next three months.
