Stowhill Estates, the husband-and-wife owned Oxfordshire estate agency, has welcomed its first franchisee.
The Stowhill Estates brand has expanded into Cheltenham and North Cotswolds with Rosanagh Wilson, an experienced agent, at the helm.
Having helped Lucy and Michael Joerin establish Stowhill Estates, Wilson decided the time was right to launch her own business – Stowhill Estates Cheltenham & North Cotswolds.
Lucy Joerin told EYE: “Our aim is to build a superior network of really excellent estate agents across the country all with one purpose – to offer clients a truly bespoke experience.
“We will hand-pick the very best agents and will focus on quality over quantity. We will also offer ongoing mentoring, coaching and training to help our agents reach and exceed their personal and business goals.”
She added: “Our targeted bespoke marketing ensures our clients receive the maximum price and an exceptional service, guiding them through what can be a stressful and complicated process.”
“We believe that over the last six years we have proven the demand for our bespoke agency business model.
“Our clients are the owners of exceptional homes and they want the choice of a more tailored and lifestyle-led selling experience than the large corporates can offer, without compromising on the quality of marketing or service.”
Reflecting on her decision to become Stowhill’s first franchisee, Wilson commented: “I have a great rapport with Michael and Lucy and I value their expertise and experience.
“They have a great eye and energy, and with my own background in boutique estate agency, we make a good match – I’ll be treading their proven path and their ongoing mentorship will be invaluable.”
