Charters has opened a new lettings and estate agency branch in Fleet, Hampshire. The opening brings the company’s total number of offices to 16 across the South of England.

The Fleet office will work in partnership with local agency Prospect Estate Agents and will be connected to the wider Lomond network, including Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) and Chase Evans. This provides access to buyers, tenants and investors relocating from London and other regions.

The branch will also operate as Charters’ third Property Relationship Management Hub, providing dedicated support for local landlords and tenants.
