South coast independent agency Southernbrook Lettings has completed the acquisition of Clarkes Lettings and Block Management, based in Bognor Regis.

The move expands Southernbrook’s Bognor Regis office and forms part of a wider growth strategy, with the company signalling more deals are lined up for early 2026.

This latest deal brings the total number of acquisitions by Southernbrook to seven over the past three-and-a-half years. Previous purchases include David Seymour’s of Gosport, Fareham & Portsmouth; Cocoon Lettings in Kingston and Guildford; Keats Lettings in Haslemere, Guildford, and Liphook; brite-move lettings in Lee-on-Solent; Barrington and Company in Petworth; and HC Property in Wokingham.

Southernbrook’s group MD, Louis Musgrove, commented: “We welcome the Clarkes team into the Southernbrook Group and look forward to continuing the strong growth our team have already made in West Sussex.
