Well-established estate agency acquires historic firm

Oakheart Property, which covers the housing market in Essex and Suffolk, has completed the acquisition of of Thompsons Estate Offices, an Ipswich-based estate and lettings agency with a rich history dating back to 1933.

The purchase marks a significant milestone in Oakheart’s strategic expansion across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

The Thompsons operation joins Oakheart’s established network of offices across Essex and Suffolk, including Colchester, Mersea Island, Sudbury, Chelmsford, and Bury St Edmunds.

Oakheart Property has also announced that Thompsons’ experienced team members has joined its business.
