Lang Llewellyn & Co in Cornwall is stepping into 2025 with a major milestone—relocating to a brand-new, modern office space in the heart of Falmouth Business Park.

The new office, located on Bickland Road, offers state-of-the-art facilities, ample parking, and a spacious layout designed to support Lang Llewellyn & Co’s continued expansion. The move consolidates their sales and lettings teams under one roof.

“This move is more than just an upgrade—it’s a celebration of how far we’ve come as a business and a team,” said Sophie Lang, co-founder of Lang Llewellyn & Co. “We’re excited to continue delivering top-tier service while enjoying a space that truly reflects the modern and professional ethos of our brand.”

Rhiannon Llewellyn, the co-founder of Lang Llewellyn & Co, which was founded in 2022, commented: “We’ve outgrown our previous space in Penryn and are thrilled to be investing in our future here in Falmouth. It’s not just a bigger building—it’s a stronger foundation for everything we plan to achieve.”

Meanwhile, Butterfly Lettings has opened a premises in a Norwich city suburb.

The agency is now based in Church Lane in Eaton, and covers the property market across Norwich, Breckland, and South Norfolk.
