In what looks like an industry first, a property has been advertised on dating website Tinder.
The home, in Henderson Street, Edinburgh, is said by agents Coulters to have attracted a “colossal amount of attention in a short space of time” with a potential buyer already found.
Aimed at first-time buyers (so feel the love), the two-bedroom flat is on the market at just over £150,000.
Potential buyers simply needed to keep swiping.
Mark Coulter, managing director at Coulters, said Tinder listings could be a great way to reach a wider audience.
He said: “The property market has definitely undergone a significant amount of change over the last couple of years and we can see a shift in the way people are also marketing their homes for sale.
“It’s a very competitive market out there and you have to come up with new and innovative ways to make people aware of what is available to buy.
“The property has generated a large amount of attention from its Tinder dating profile and has potentially found itself a match for life.”
