Estate agency software provider, VTUK, is joining dezrez, MRI Software, Reapit, and conveyancing software provider Redbrick, in connecting to Coadjute.
Via blockchain, Coadjute enables digital connectivity between property businesses without disruption by enhancing front-end systems rather than replacing them, sitting largely unseen behind the existing software of Estate Agents, Conveyancers, Surveyors, Brokers and Lending Banks.
Dan Salmons, CEO at Coadjute said: “We are delighted to welcome the forward-looking team at VTUK to the rapidly expanding Coadjute community.
“With over half of Estate Agents now able to connect to Coadjute, the UK property industry is well on its way to being digitally connected, enabling property transactions to take weeks not months, and buyers and sellers to get the best possible moving experience”
Peter Grant, CEO at VTUK said: “We are fully focussed on the data revolution and our systems all have connectivity by design.
“From our work participating in Government and Industry initiatives, it is clear that speed and transparency around property transactions is a main focus of government. Through property logbooks, the BASPI and reservation fees, the central most important element is the speed of the transaction and it is our mission to work with Coadjute to reduce the average 30% fall out and lost profit for our clients as well as improving and de-stressing the process for consumers.
“We could not be more excited to develop this model.”
