Estate and letting agents are once again being encouraged to take part in the 2024 Voice of the Agent Survey launched recently by well-known marketing expert Simon Leadbetter in a fresh attempt to collect data on key trends and technologies influencing the estate agency landscape. Respondents remain anonymous.
The aim of the study is to collect a range of opinions and data that will provide unique insight on the 2024 property industry and market.
The 2024 survey focuses on five critical areas:
– Market Trends: Understanding shifts, attitudes and expectations in the real estate market.
– Marketing Techniques: Exploring successful strategies for agency and property promotion.
– Property Technology (Proptech): Assessing the adoption and impact of technological advancements.
– Artificial Intelligence (AI): Delving into AI adoption and applications in real estate.
– Economic and Political Climate: Evaluating their effects on the real estate sector.
According to Leadbetter, this year’s survey has so far garnered responses from over 600 agents, providing a rich tapestry of industry insights.
An added attraction for participants is winning a free marketing consultation, fostering engagement, and providing practical value to respondents. As someone who has completed the survey, you will be invited to an online presentation where there will be greater analysis of the results and will answer attendees’ questions.
The results of the 2024 survey are complemented by associated consumer research. The findings are expected to serve as a valuable resource for informed decision-making and strategic planning within the real estate sector.
Leadbetter, of Unchained, said, “I am a huge believer in the wisdom of the crowd and, having run a similar survey in financial services for seven years, I wanted to collect and share the views of the agents in the arena, actually doing the job. This year’s Voice of the Agent will provide powerful insight on what works and what doesn’t, removing much of the guesswork for anyone who reads it.”
